Nagomi Vineyard Labrusca 2023This is Nagomi's signature Labrusca wine, blending famous Nagano varietals such as Kyoho and Nagano Purple, with a little bit of late harvested Pinot Noir, Chardonnay. The wine is unfiltered, unfined, with no sulfites. Varieties Kyoho, Nagano Purple, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay Alcohol 10. 5% abv

After a period of maceration with the skins
the juice is slowly pressed in a hydraulic basket press
and the bitterness of almonds with skin are impressive
and no filtration or additives are used in the process
