A. et Y. Minowa Netsu Chardonnay 2022Kurakake Chardonnay [2022] This white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Kurakake area of Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture. It is made from grapes harvested at Bonjour Farm and produced and bottled at our own brewery.

The Merlot was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 50 days and the Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon for 65 days
