Nagomi Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021Grapes are destemmed by hand with 0 machinery and fermented with wild yeast after crushing. Age in barrel for 1 year and with an extra year of elevage before being released. This wine carries Nagomi Vineyard's signature style of being extremely elegant and ethereal. The wine is best enjoyed slowly with time to show the wines evolving nature. Varieties Pinot Noir Alcohol 12% abv 700 bottles made
and the clear upper juice is used to ferment the Chardonnay in polyethylene cube tanks and the Kerner in stainless steel tanks
It contains Gewurztraminer and Siegerrebe
then soaked in cold water before fermentation begins
about half of the wine was moved to large 600L-size oak barrels to continue fermentation
and placed in open resin tanks without crushing and filled with carbon dioxide
Variety - 100% Niagara
About 30% of each of the three varieties was vinified with whole clusters
Bright ruby red in color
like freshly cut roses
blending famous Nagano varietals such as Kyoho and Nagano Purple
