The result is heightened complexity, beautiful roundness, and a lifted bouquet of white flowers, apricot and peachsilky, expressive and irresistible. The Srol estate has been run biodynamically by Stphane Srol since 1996. The vines, located in the eastern foothills of the Massif Central, benefit from an optimal terroir, enabling them to produce high quality grapes.
