Dunleavy Sparkling Red

Dunleavy Sparkling RedA sparkling red made from Regent, from rural Somerset with low dosage, low sulphur and low intervention. Its really quite delicious. The colour is light ruby red, the nose is a mixture of ripe red cherry and raspberry. It has a brisk, dry palate, almost like a deep, dark ros, with some lovely crunchy red berries and stone fruits. Soft chewy red berry sweets, bright vibrant cherries, chalky notes, fresh, crisp acidity.
