This rod features beautiful dark cane, down locking screw lock reel seat with the Payne logo over a spanish cedar insert, a fixed extension handle with rubber button. Wraps are brown with gold tipping with additional wraps at the hook keeper and male ferrules. The hook keeper has become detached and is not included with the sale. The
