Harada, Katsumi - Ijuin Yomogi Fiberglass Rod 7'6 4wtFor sale here is a spectacular build by Katsumi Harada, made with blanks crafted by Kazutomo Ijuin (Ijuin Rods). 7'6" for a 4 weight line. This one has a crisp butt section and is very nice for mid range casting distances. Medium parabolic action. This rod is a bit quicker in action compared to the 7' rod offered separately here at Vintage Fly Tackle. New unused condition with plastic on the grip. The top guide is a Fuji titan frame with gold cermet

one of the tip sections is shorter by 3/8" (not sure if it was made that way or not)

Each rod in this series comes with a copy of "The Wedding Gift" by John Taintor Foote with a Spinoza Rod Co book plate stating "Serial #10"

Kushner experimented with odd lengths and uneven sections to move around the ferrules in seeking perfection in his actions

it's made and assembled in the USA and virtually maintenance-free
