Balnaves Coonawarra Cabernet SauvignonDeep, rich red in colour, the nose is highly perfumed with aromas of cassis, blackberry, liquorice and coffee. It has fine cedar like notes from the use of French oak, and a hint of menthol, which is so characteristic of the region. The palate is structured with layers of intense fruit and fine tannins. While it still retains its autolytic (yeast-like) character due to how it is made

as well as supporting smaller growers to be able to get a foothold in the market
