Champagne Delavenne Pere & Fils L'ile Demi-SecA blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir produces this rich, generously fruited demi sec Champagne with over 30 grams of residual sugar per litre. It displays a generous profile of warm madeleines, crisp red apple, ripe peach, dried apricot and delicate floral nuances.
