Description
Yone Farm Quatuor 2023This wine is a Rhone inspired blend, with 29% Viognier, 28% Chardonnay, 27% Semillon and 16% Roussane. The Vineyard is placed at approximately 650m altitude Fermented in wild yeast for 34 days, aged in stainless steel tank for 7 months, before bottled with a slight SO2, no clarification, no filtration. This wine was vinified at Arc en Vigne.
Merlot and Yama Sauvignon are de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks
and the clear upper juice is used to ferment the Chardonnay in polyethylene cube tanks and the Kerner in stainless steel tanks
it was not sold as the entry level "Kurakake Chardonnay
