Ferme de Sato Sur Les Nuages Pinot NoirFerme de Sato Sur Les Nuages Pinot Noir is an ethereal, finely etched Central Otago Pinot all lifted red fruit and mineral nuance. It shows wild strawberry, red cherry and cranberry with hints of raspberry, blood orange zest and rose petals, over subtle savoury tones of dried herbs, spice and wet stone. The palate is silken and bright, mediumbodied with pure, translucent fruit, incisive acidity and very fine, chalky tannins. Made entirely from Pinot
