This Cognac spends 12 months in new oak casks followed by several years in roux casks. The scent of flowers is the primary aroma of this light, fruity cognac that exhibits pear and apple flavours on the palate.

Luis believes the addition of tannin from white grapes enhances those of the red

The wine was matured for a total of 11 months before being bottled without fining or filtration
