Woodchester Valley Vineyard Culver HillCulver Hill is a blend of Ortega, Seyval Blanc, Bacchus and Pinot Gris. This dry wine is an intriguing blend of stone fruits and a delicate hint of minerality. Aromas of Braeburn apple, honeysuckle and nectarine with subtle minerality on the palate, a well balanced acidity and a clean finish. It works brilliantly with fish, but also has enough weight to partner perfectly with creamy poultry dishes.
