The palate follows with ripe strawberry and succulent raspberry fruit, a discreet nudge of sour cherry and warming notes of nutmeg and anise. Deceptively easy to drink yet quietly complex, it glides on a creamy textureutterly delicious. Predominately from the Nero di Troia grape, this is much fresher than the average Puglian red and we love it!

The palate gives you fresh peach and nectarine with a fine mousse and delicate bubbles which accompany the golden tones in the glass

Sourced from top vineyard parcels

backed up with a powerful tannin structure and long finish

with hints of lime and a long

instead of blending in red wine as is more often the case in rosé Champagne

Ruby red in the glass with a concentrated and fragrant bouquet of dark plums and blackberries

get past this and the baked apple and peach notes start to seep through

A delicious (and dry) blend of Muscat and Xarel-lo

with a whisper of rosehip

The wine is a vibrant brick-red colour in the glass with bright amber glints
