Overall the embroidery is in good condition but there are a few loose threads. Jacket has an inside pocket. Tie on the inside in a wrap style and has an exterior closure button. I believe this piece is from late 20s to early 40s

Has a hood that tucks in-between outer and lining of coat

Also it's in a great larger volup size

The top of the dress is off white with blue and green stripes at the bottom
