This is a two piece garment the first layer is the skirt attached to a slip like white sleeveless top. The second layer is a blouse with elbow length sleeves that zips up the back and is trimmed with large white lace roses. This garment is in excellent condition and would best fit a modern size 4 6 (please see below for exact measurements). Please note:
