Lined with black polished cotton. Closes with a twisted cord which is threaded through crocheted lace. No tags but a high likelihood that it was made in Germany or Austria. Condition is good overall but there are some beads missing in a couple of places (pictured) and the crocheted lace had holes and was mended. It
