the glue in the heels may be dried out
so the measurements for bust and waist appear very small
I'm not 100% sure which but I lean towards poly as it has good stretch

This pretty little bag is in very good condition especially for its age
I believe it to be a moderately weighted polyester blend
and I am just making sure to note that as a possibility
This absolutely adorable hand made dress is in excellent condition
