60's Tiered Ruffle Orange Floral Empire Waist DressThis 1960s maxi dress is so pretty and vibrant! It's made of a very nice fabric it has a sort of seersucker texture with a slight sheen. I just love the beautiful floral print in bright orange with purple accents. The tiered ruffles are separated with 2 1 4" wide cotton crocheted lace. This dress looks a lot like a Mexican wedding dress. The entire dress is lined with white acetate which ends 23" below the empire waist. There is a metal zipper down
