Overall black in colour with yellow and white polka dots in a horizontally striped pattern with variations of polka dot styles and designs. This skirt appears to be handmade which can be seen by its stitching, or at least the inner lining has been hand stitched onto the garment. Good quality vintage item. Label size: No size label.
