Structured tailored with one button at neck 1 fur hook and eye closure buttons at cuffs (decorative) buttons on belt at back. Back has pleats darts that come down to half belt see pics Sleeves have pleats darts and wide 3" velvet cuffs. 2 slip pockets, lined in black silk. (see pics and enlarge) Jacket body is real fur.
