90s Green Grunge Stretch Velvet Sheath Dress By K.c. Spencer1990s K. C. Spencer Grunge Velvet Long Sleeve Shift Dress. Forest green, round neck, 90% polyester, 10% spandex, so there is some stretch to the dress. The last two photos are the most accurate representation of the color. In great vintage condition; the only thing to note is a small indentation in the fabric on the top left shoulder (photos 5 & 6). Size 14 with the following approximate flat lay measurements (un stretched): Chest from pit to pit: 20.
