viking dress astrid azure brownThe beautiful Viking dress has been designed based on excavations of original textile remains from the early Middle Ages. Dresses of this kind were worn alone or over another dress during colder weather. The dress presents a stunning contrast of the colours azure and brown colour contrasts of this nature were common amongst garments of the early Middle Ages. The body of the dress is azure, whilst the fabric at the collar, sleeves and skirt is brown.

The set comes with a brown leather pouch in which the cutlery may be stored securely

The sword has a length of 75 cm and is extra balanced

The greaves are crafted from split leather and consist of strips of leather braided together

It measures 34 x 28 cm

Constructed from leather

the subarmalis displays the characteristic leather pteruges (fringes) visible beneath the plate armour

This sporran features three leather tassels and is decorated with a leather braid motif
