Perfect for a Christmas, or Valentine's Day outfit. Or, if you are a red fan, wear them to work! Size 5 narrow US 2" heels In good to great vintage shape. Signs of age throughout, fly away threads, and a mar on the back of one heel. please see photos for details. These shoes are vintage, and are marked Bally Made in Italy.
but I went ahead and cleaned it up inside and out and gave it a nice conditioning to prepare it for what I can only assume will be a fabulous next life

tired ruffle skirt with a peplum peasant blouse that has a draw string neckline
which in the dowel top bags is a little trickier because you really have to take it all apart before washing the bag so the dowel doesn't warp

Dress is a light weight material with an abstract swirl pattern
great western wear or for square dancing
however it hardly takes away from the beauty of this piece
waist: 25" waist with 2" on tab
