The lace up bodice makes the bust adjustable along with a tie for the waist. The fabric is a soft cotton with a blue floral pattern on off white. The sleeves are sheer white with lace details. Tag says 15 16 but, as this is vintage sizing and Gunne Sax is notorious for running small, I would say this is a modern size 10 12. At one point the dress was
