80’s Green Metallic Strapless Mermaid Party Dress by Steppin' OutCalling all tiny mermaids! This strapless 1980s party dress in emerald green lam has a trumpet or fishtail hem, and fabulous, figure hugging shirring down both sides of a flat center panel in the skirt. The strapless, sweetheart bodice is boned to help keep it up, when worn. Both the bodice and skirt (aside from the fishtail) are lined in lightweight nylon knit fabric. The super shiny lam fabric has a feel similar to taffeta, and is labeled as a blend
