Made to adapt the great looking Specialized Tarmac SL7 SL8 stems to FSA ACR and SMR split spacers, these adapters are also designed to pass hydraulic brake nuts for easy maintenance. These are made only for use with electronic drive trains using hydraulic brakes. You are looking for a long and low position. The Tarmac stem is a rather unique part in that it's complex geometry is both low stack (35mm including my transition spacer)
