but perhaps the ultimate example because the intense botrytis and unctuosity the wine possesses is buttressed by slightly more acidity
full-bodied power and gorgeous purity and intensity
The 57-acre estate vineyard includes the Helms Vineyard in Rutherford
soy and anise
this is not especially dense but it is both very complex and well-balanced
elegant and bright floral-suffused nose features notes of cool blue pinot fruit
plum and herbal tea aromas
and toasty scents
A massive wine that is clearly of first-growth quality in this vintage
