I made this pen from a Black Locust tree at Washington Crossing growing near the spot where Washington’s men

It is engraved with a copy of his signature

Thie is not just a pen

It is a light reddish brown with darker chevrons of grain and some chatoyance

This William Penn Pen is made from a Box Elder that was growing on land that was part of the colonial country manor of Founding Father William Penn

Not only important in the “ten crucial days” but the site of perhaps the most important reenlistment of the war for independence
