Charlton 8600B Fly ReelFor sale here is a Charlton 8600B fly reel. Right hand retrieve only. This is THE HOLY GRAIL of Bluewater reels. Extremely scarce, especially in unfished condition. There are a few what appear to be very small and insignificant water marks in the anodized finish, probably from spending its time in a high humidity environment. No marks exist on the reel foot. No scratches or dings. The inside is also flawless. Mechanically flawless. Comes loaded with
The action is a terrific parabolic medium-fast for a 5 or 6 weight line
A line size or two down is usually best with older Orvis rods
Condition is like new

Down lock aluminum screw lock with a nicely varnished wood spacer (I am not certain what this wood is)
