19th Century solid oak monastery tableThis is a fabulous solid oak all original 19th century Monastery table from the south of France. The colour to oak is wonderful and full of patina and wear that only add to the piece. The whole design is extremely rustic with hewn timber feet and naturalistic base. The top is three thick planks of oak with steel bolted cleats at each end. The size is very impressive also. I have never seen a table quite like this. Extremely heavy. Height 74cm Depth

There is and attractive irregularity to the colour as well

The pale timber base and pale grey marble give this quite a contemporary edge which I absolutely love

For me the best detail is the depth of carved panelling and the large bun feet

This is a very clean conditioned all original oak wall mirror

A very elegant shape and comfy as well

Nagaland tribes are from Northern India and live in the forest

Standing on neatly turned original ebonised legs as well

Two drawers as well that both run smooth and shut flush
