Mega Jul II, belay deviceEdelrid's most versatile belay and abseil device, made of solid stainless steel for durability. High braking performance aids the belayer during leader falls. Small eyelet for attaching a carabiner to release the unit when bringing up your partner. Suitable for belaying a leader or bringing up two seconds; also suitable for abseiling. Rope can be paid out more quickly to a leader by holding the device in the "open" position with your thumb.
