Godme Sabine Champagne Extra Brut TERRE DE VERZENAY Grand Cru NVA fascinating nose and mouthwateringly savory mid palate and finish oriented toward salt and iodine; suggesting crustacean shell reductions; but accompanied by lusciously juicy fresh apple and grapefruit, as well as piquant hazelnut and almond. This doesnt come off as the least bit too dry (at four grams) and its succulence of fruit persists into a long, saliva inducing finish in which emerges an umami rich sense of oyster liquor.

There is good richness and a lovely minerality to the naturally sweet

the 2011 impresses for its depth and polish

but loads of structure and minerality

This is also quite refreshing and utterly delicious

a blend of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon

but with velvety tannin and stunning purple and black fruits

refined and lacy medium weight flavors that deliver excellent length on the balanced and beautifully persistent if slightly warm finale
