The water absorbs caffeine from the beans, and is then repeatedly carbon filtered until 99. 9% of the caffeine is removed Tasting notes: The smooth taste follows with hazelnut crme, oolong tea and some mild herbs, spices and sweet almonds. The finish leaves a dusting of dark chocolate.
