Comes with its original Sage suede zippered reel pouch
Rod was built in 2000
all the pages are there except section 10-14 has come undone from the staples
Serial number 5909
Mechanically the reel is excellent with no excess spool/spindle play or wobble
eliminating unnecessary weight while creating a vision of beauty
but otherwise this reel doesn't have any Hardy markings - just like those offered in the original letter which was sent to their retailers in 1940
