Vintage Skipping Rope Necklace

Vintage Skipping Rope NecklaceMemories of childhood inspired me to acquire this lovely delicate skipping rope with it's worn green wood handles. I have kept it simple with the design. An old door escutcheon, which I have embellished with vibrant green beads, forms the fastening to this lariat style necklace.

I have added decorative beadwork around the glasses and to the outside edge of the brooch
