It has a lovely patina throughout and is in excellent condition
This particular print appears to have been a gift given in 1873 from a teacher to their student

The original paint is in nice condition
Here is a lovely pair of antique opera glasses (also known as binoculars) constructed from brass coated with beautiful mother of pearl
Some of the canvas has pulled away from the nails on the stretcher
but the fur helps the damage blend in so it is not overtly noticeable
It has several dings and dents throughout consistent with age
It is in very nice condition with no chips or breaks
