A label on the verso reads "The Special Touch by Nedra" and identifies the artist as Nedra Randall of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The painting is presented in a gilt wood frame with a red mat. The frame shows wear including paint loss and scuffing at corners and edges. The verso label has light foxing and age toning.
