Carlin, Chris - 7'6 2/2 3wt Hollowbuilt Bamboo RodFor sale here is a Chris Carlin hollowbuilt hex bamboo rod 7'6" 2 2 3wt. Excellent+ condition. All sections are full length and straight. The rod features moderately tempered cane with a 3 x 3 node pattern. Oxblood colored wraps with black tipping. Black wraps at the ferrules. The tip sections are differentiated by a longer tip top wrap on one. The original owner's name is written on the butt along with the rod information. Bright guides and a rust
The grip is 5 1/2" 11 corks long and shaped to a medium cigar
Guide at top of butt is smaller than any on the mid section
Originally sold to Herb Welch in 1948
