The hat is made of yellow felt with a black brim and a black pom pom on top. There's an elastic strap to hold it on. The masquerade costumes originally included outfits for Barbie, Ken, and Skipper. Barbie's and Skipper's outfits were black leotards with tulle tutus and both came with this type of hat. The elastic on the hat is stretched out due to
