The rod is in mint condition. and features an unsanded natural graphite blank with burgundy wraps and gray tipping at the ferrules. The sleeve over ferrules fit perfectly. Silver witness marks for easy alignment. Handsome E. C. Powell style grip 6 1 2" in length. Black aluminum down locking reel seat over a wood spacer. From Seele's [old] website:
