Handmade Victorian Cut Steel Crown BroochWhen I came across this fabulous Victorian cut steel crown it was missing a pin, a back and a central motif. I decided on a silver leather backing and added a simple black agate heart and some tiny rice pearls. A crowning glory to an outfit.
