These plates allow you to eliminate the First Gear in our Phoenix gearbox, creating a much higher top speed gear ratio. They also allow you to run either one or two 775 motors on a single gearbox. Kit includes 2 plates and 775 motor mounting screws. You can not run them for long duration or in regular ride on use because
