This pen is medium brown with a copper dust in acrylic at the top

this pen is made from Benjamin Franklin’s oldest living neighbor – The Benjamin Franklin Holly

This is a pen made from Holly growing at the only home the Father of the America Revolution

The little branch this one was made from was so small that I could not avoid the bark which you can see in two of the pictures

a New Jersey signatory to the Declaration of Independence and the only signer captured and imprisoned by the British during the American Revolution

I love it so much I want to get one for myself

Look at the top of the first picture and you will see an ever open eye

The metallic gold in the lower section is an inlay of acrylic I used to fill the home of a former resident

one filled with a gold acrylic and the other with turquoise
