intense and overtly mineral-driven flavors where the supporting tannins are now mostly resolved though there is a hint of tannic edginess on the gorgeously persistent finish

the nose features oh-so-seductive notes of warm blackberries

these wines are not meant for near-term gratification

it remains a fabulous wine

Gloriously fresh and completely alive

In sum this is beautiful juice that is now fully in its prime window of mature drinkability

awesomely concentrated wine goes on and on in the mouth

but it is not overly drying and it is a lot more approachable than newly-released Nacionals can be

refined and lacy medium weight flavors that deliver excellent length on the balanced and beautifully persistent if slightly warm finale
