The rod is in excellent++ condition. Built by Mr. Gallas from Halstead blanks in conjunction with Marty Keane. John (or Marty) acquired bona fide Halstead blanks and made up a run of 8 rods all die stamped Halstead Gallas to the hardware. This rod, number 10, is an interesting and singular exception.
