The palate is rich with notes of nectarine, flint and salinity. There is a citrus driven acidity with hints of peaches and cream. This wine is dry and well weighted with a long balanced acidity. A Chardonnay dominant cuve which is citrus led, with mineral & saline notes, suited to all occasions, particularly in the spring & summer

The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for two months
