1980's Riverhead (by Headway Japan) RUG-2090 Headless Guitar (Graphite Black)A very vibey little headless guitar from the Riverhead "Unicorn" series made by Headway Japan in the early to mid 1980's. Clean overall condition and received a full professional setup prior to listing, weighs just under 3kg's. Riverheads Unicorn Series was distributed in the U. S. by a company called Prime, Inc., of Marlboro, MA, the same outfit that imported those curious Quest guitars. Designed somewhat after the fashion of the Burns Flyte guitars,

The backplate also has an unidentified signature on it

An active three-band EQ and two BC Rich branded P-style pickups give this a huge sound with plenty of tonal options

this FE-351 seems to combine a factory Wine Red neck with a Walnut body for a slightly odd look

There's some nitro burn on the bottom of the body where it's sat on a non-nitro friendly stand at some point

a Switchcraft jack and Gotoh jack plate along with new pickup rings to house the pair of Seymour Duncan SH-4's

They have just over 30cm of lead length and have never been installed/soldered

Made by the Fujigen factory in 1989

The F-G4 was a high end model with a light ash body
