Wearing the famed Edwards LTS "Lacquer Taste" finish (essentially a thin nitro layer over a poly base coat for a smooth, satin feel), it's built with a mahogany body with a solid maple top (laminate flame), slim 60's mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard (43mm nut, 12" radius) and weighs 4kg's. This seems to have been someones pride and joy and shows a few signs of wear and tear from general use but has been well loved and well looked after over the years

it's in decent vintage condition as pictured and was given a full professional setup and service prior to listing

Add in separate weight controls to shape the low end response of each channel

This is an ST-552 model that was part of the Contemporary series of guitars made "For the Metallist

The coils on the bridge and neck pickups are tapped at a point 2/3rds of the way through the winding

This one has seen some use over the years as pictured but has a very aesthetic natural relic to it from years of quality use

This one's been upgraded with a Wilkinson tremolo system and previously had a locking nut installed

Vintage white urethane finish has faded to a nice cream colour
