ER-Collet with cooling channel holes ER25 | 430EC | < 15µm | Ø 13Application: For mounting straight shank tools in collet chucks DIN 6499. Note: Only nominal size d can be clamped, with cooling channels. In order to achieve an optimum sealing the tool must be clamped on the complete length of the ground drill of the collet. (applicable up to 21 bar)
Made of sturdy grey cast iron with hollow profile handles and specially guided prismatic steel jaws

Rotary holder for clamp holders with coolant supply directly to the cutting edge and for ISO clamp holders with claw clamping for optimum cooling of the cutting edge

For mounting tools with Morse taper shank and tang according to DIN 228-1 form B

For front surfacing and small diameters
Application:
5 with h4-tolerance and Ø 6 – Ø 32 with h6-tolerance6
